How do I get services?

In order to assess what your household needs, the therapist will need to do an initial consultation phone call. Once you and the therapist have spoken, she will schedule a time to visit your home to do an initial assessment session with you for your counseling needs. 

Each individual, child, relationship, and/or family varies in the level of intensity of services, and together with the therapist you will map out your  journey together.

Tammi Hessen, MSW

The Founder of One Sky Counseling has a Master’s Degree in Social Work and is certified as an In-Home Family Based Mental Health Therapist. She has received a certificate of training in Trauma Therapy and is experienced in individual, child, relationship, and family therapy.

She has experience in working with grief, trauma, abuse, depression, anxiety, foster care, adoption, resource coordinating, mediating, and improving community relations.

She is a teacher, artist, and performer and also does team building with groups and families using music and creative therapies.
